Facility Use Request

Thank you for your interest in our facilities. Our buildings are valuable community assets and we are happy to accommodate outside groups or organizations whenever we can. If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, please keep in mind that any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the District.

Registering for a New Account:

All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create an ML Schedules user account. You can do so by clicking the image (button) below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Logging in to ML Schedules:

All facility use requests are completed online. Once you have registered for a new account, you can now login to begin reserving facilities. Please click on the image (button) below to begin. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your reservation was successful, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
