*6:30   Executive Session – It is anticipated the Board will adjourn into Executive Session at 6:30 to
                        discuss a grievance and negotiations with the Hamburg Teachers’ Association, Hamburg Teacher
Aide Association, Hamburg Registered Professional School Nurses’, Certified Occupational
Therapy Assistants’, Computer Aides’, Microcomputer Repair Technicians’ Association, and
Teamsters Local #264.

PERSONS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE BOARD

Some topics are not permitted to be discussed in the public forum; for example, any topic
related to an employee or that can be implied to be related to an employee; special education
placements, individual student situations, etc. If the topic is inappropriate for the public forum,
the Board president will instruct you not to speak, but rather, present your concerns in writing
for the Board’s discussion in Executive Session.

 

The chair will recognize the individual or group.  Individuals must identify themselves with
name and address. The board will allocate a maximum of thirty (30) minutes for this agenda
item.  Speakers shall have a maximum of five (5) minutes each.  In the event more than six
(6) persons wish to address the board, they will each receive a proportionate share of the time.

                        the amount of $31,801,349 establishing the following tax rates:

                                    Eden                           $29.07

                                    Boston                       $19.48

                                    Orchard Park            $33.59
