  • Free/Reduced Lunch Applications Due

    Applications must be re-submitted every year to maintain Free/Reduced Lunch status. If you qualified last year, but have not filled out the form, your child will begin paying full price for lunches this week.

    • Attention Foreign Language  Club Members:  In honor of National Foreign Language Month, you are invited to attend the next meeting and learn some American Sign Language!  Please join us today, March 29th in Mrs. Mesi's classroom.
    • This is the last week of National Foreign Language Month.  The answer to yesterday's Trivia question "Which language has the longest alphabet?" It is Cambodian with 76 letters!  Today's Trivia question about language is...."How many languages are there in the world?"
    • Attention Students:  the LMC will be closed after school today.
    • April is Autism Awareness Month!  Please join us in recognizing those whose lives have been touched by autism is some way by participating in our SPIRIT WEEK, next week.  BLUE on Monday; EARTH COLORS on Tuesday; CRAZY HATS on Wednesday; SPORTS APPAREL on Thursday; and PURPLE AND WHITE on Friday!  Thank You!
    • Don't miss your opportunity to learn essential business and finance skills needed for success in any career choice!  Be sure to fill out your National Academy of Finance Application and turn it in ASAP.  AOF Applications can be found outside of the Dog Pound or in the Business Department.
    • Bald for Bucks -  In 2016, an estimated of 1,685,210 new cancer cases were diagnosed in the U.S.  Join Hamburg and come support your classmates shaving their head April 5th. There will be an admission price at the door.  Money will help cancer research at Roswell Institute.  Come support your peers on April 5th in the Gymnasium for the day of shaving after school!  There's still a few days left to donate to the coin drive.  Our proceeds will be donated directly to Roswell Cancer Institute for further research!  Every day 40 children in the US are diagnosed with cancer.  Through bald for bucks, and our school wide coin drive, we hope to aid in the advancement of cancer research to abolish the number of children with cancer.

Who We Are

Hamburg High School is a comprehensive High School located in the Village of Hamburg, New York; a suburb south of Buffalo. The school offers an exciting variety of courses and activities to help prepare 1200 students in grades 9 -12 for post secondary education and/or future careers. The instructional program is designed to encourage students to achieve at the highest level possible, with emphasis on Regent and Advanced Placement courses. The Advance Placement program is extensive with offerings of 14 AP courses. A Learning Center, Library Media Center, and Computer labs, are available to all students to assist in the achievement of individual academic goals.
